Product information
Research has established that Manuka Honey contains the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF®) which is derived by the bee from Manuka flowers and includes the natural component Methylglyoxal (MG). Each batch of Mossop’s UMF® Manuka Honey has been laboratory tested to ensure the presence of the UMF® and MG components. The UMF® grading system appraises natural markers found in Manuka honey, and assures purity and quality.
Please see www.umf.org.nz
Mossop’s UMF® Manuka Honeys are extracted and dispatched from our premises in a natural state that contains no added Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) or Methylglyoxal (MG).
