BREEZE KVT industrial boiler is an autonomous hand-fired solid fuel hot water boiler with max allowable pressure to 0.4 MPa and allowable water temperature from 60 to 95 C, connected to a power source and controlled by electronic temperature control. BREEZE TM KVT series boilers are designed as a hot water supply and heat supply of structures equipped with natural or forced circulation water heating systems. Efficiency depends on the type and quality of the fuel and its moisture content as well as the correctness of the piping and control unit settings. Bright coal, wood and waste wood are the primary fuel for this type of boilers. Pulverized coal, briquettes and other similar fuel types can also be used, but therewith change of the boiler heat output, which is approximately proportional to change of fuel calorific value, must be taken into account.
BREEZE KVT outer body is made of 5 mm steel and coated with powder paint. The working part is made of special 5-6 mm fireproof boiler steel and D57, D76 mm pipes insulated with a 50 mm heat-resistant glass wool layer.
