Product information
This is a specially designed truck ramp for loading/unloading commercial vehicles at standard dock gates of modern warehouses. It's used for eliminating the difference in heights between commercial vehicles (500-700 mm) and dock gates designed for big semi-trailers (1100-1200mm).
The standard set includes steel gratings as riding surface, protective 250 mm detachable fences that prevent a van from falling off the ramp, a kit for fixing ramp to the ground or a warehouse wall. We offer additional special features to upgrade the ramp, improve its usability and ergonomics, and enhance safety.
AUSBAU-VR small truck ramps are made of steel grades E 235-B (Fe 360-B) and E 235-C (Fe 360-C) in compliance with the ISO 630:1995 standard. Automatic and semi-automatic welding units in the environment of protective gases carry out welding.
The AUSBAU equipment warranty period is 18 months. With each product, we provide 2 copies of detailed operating instructions.
Our experts will answer all your questions on the use of AUSBAU equipment and advise on the best operating options. We also provide after-sales maintenance services upon agreement.
